Hi, I’m Calista Burbank, a Utah-trained and court-rostered mediator dedicated to helping individuals and families resolve conflict with clarity, respect, and confidence. My path to mediation wasn’t just professional, it was personal. I’ve sat in the client’s chair during difficult legal situations, so I understand the stress, confusion, and emotional toll that unresolved conflict can bring. That experience shaped the way I work today: with empathy, practicality, and a firm belief that resolution is possible without chaos or court battles.

As a non-attorney mediator, I provide high-quality, neutral mediation services without the cost of legal representation. You already have an attorney, my job is not to replace them or offer legal advice, but to guide the conversation, reduce tension, and help you find a path forward.
